Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Ice Cream Pie!

Today, I wanted to share a simple and delicious ice cream pie recipe, I made for my son's 16th birthday. Let me just say it was a huge hit!

Here is what you will need:
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream (any flavor will do)
10 oz. pack of Reese's Peanut butter cups (any candy will do)
Hot fudge and chopped up nuts or no nuts.

Chop up peanut butter cups and peanuts.
In a mixing bowl add soften ice cream, nuts and peanut butter cups and mix together.
Next pour mixture into piecrust and place in the back part of freezer for up to 6 hrs. I chose not to make my crust this time, but you can if you like.
Take pie out of freezer and let sit for about 10 minutes before cutting.
I added more peanuts and drizzled hot fudge over pie and there you have it, Chocolate peanut butter pie!
Give this a try for your next family gathering or any event. Thanks again for stopping by and have a great week. I LOVE your SWEET comments, so drop me a line.

Hugs,

Vanessa

  6. Oh my gosh, this sounds really good. I love anything with peanut butter in it. The Spice Apple Cake I made is really good, let's try each other's out.
