This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts Miracle-Gro. All opinions are 100% mine.
Fall is my favorite time of year, even though Central Florida doesn't have the brisk weather like the northern states. Never the less, I love to take this time of year and add some plants, that have those fall colors, and add them to my yard. My favorite plants are the croton, copper plants and Blackie sweet potato vines. Today, I wanted to share with you what I have done so far to my flower beds and what Miracle-Gro products I use to keep my plants healthy.
Before I place the plants in the ground, I always add Miracle-Gro Garden Soil to this awful Florida sandy soil. By adding the Miracle-Gro Garden soil, it helps feed my plants up to three months, helps improve the soil already in my yard and helps build strong roots. It can be used with all flowers, vegetables, trees and shrubs. What's not to LOVE about that! I am going to show you a croton I planted over a year ago and the two new ones I just planted.
This croton by far is my favorite and it is called a mammy croton. I love the shapes of the leaves and the colors reminds me of fall. |
This particular croton is very light and goes well with any season. |
This particular croton I planted over a year ago and has grown so much. To help keep my plants healthy, I love to use Miracle-Gro water-soluble all-purpose plant food. It’s easy to use and helps feed all my plants, trees, shrubs, and houseplants. |
Here are some of the Miracle-Gro products I love to use! There are so many more products that Miracle-Gro makes. Just go to Miracle-Gro Facebook page and like them. There Miracle-Gro will guide you through your gardening adventure and you can talk with other gardeners and share stories. It sure has helped me. Check out Find beauty in the Fall and Fall gardening. By all means, I am not a professional gardener but I do love my yard to look beautiful. I have been using Miracle-Gro for over 30 years and I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have used. |
