Ideas For A Girl's Room

Happy Friday!

I will be co-hosting with One Tough Mother a special link party starting on February 12, 2013. For the month of February we will be linking up any wood projects you may or are going to make. For some inspiration, Kirsten and I have created a Pinterest board for you! We'll start linking those creations up on Tuesday, February 12th! So mark your calendar and come out and party with us. Please pass the word around as well. Thank you!

Burlap Linky Party

Here is an update on a couple of easy projects I made for my little girl's room. The colors she is picked out are so cheery and bright. I love it.

Took some colorful pom pom's and string them along to make a garland. Then I added a ribbon with a cute glittery button and Voila!

I love these colors my sweet girl is into right now. Remember the picture frames I bought her at Hobby Lobby? It goes great with these two frames I found at Marshall's.

I made this lovely chalkboard bottle to hold her flowers!

Thanks for stopping by and I LOVE to hear from you. Have a great weekend and keep warm.

Hugs,

Vanessa

  1. Oh, I love the idea of a chalkboard bottle. So many bottles look quite nice, but I don't really know what to do with them, so in the recycling they go. I use bottles as vases, one holding a faux palm leaf. Also...., thank you so much for your nice comment earlier about the branch lamp!!

  6. I like the DIY180 name!

The pom pom garland is adorable and perfect on the mirror. I like the bows on the end - reminds me of pigtails! :D
